Staff enjoy a supportive leadership team, approachable managers and a cohesive workforce that focuses on respect, professionalism and continuous improvement in resident care.We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our aged care team at Roshana Amaroo Aged Care, in a Casual capacity.
Previous aged care experience is highly regarded, and we welcome nurses who are passionate about providing safe, compassionate and person‐centred care.About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a key clinical leader within our aged care team, responsible for delivering safe, high‐quality, and person‐centred care to our residents.
You will combine clinical expertise with compassion, supporting residents' health, dignity, and quality of life while guiding and supporting care staff in a rapid‐paced environment.What You Will Be DoingProvide comprehensive clinical care in line with best practice and aged care standardsConduct assessments, develop,
