You'll be involved in everything from leasing enquiries and inspections through to property listings, campaigns and digital marketing, with exposure to the broader property setting.Key responsibilitiesRespond to leasing enquiries, arrange inspections and follow up prospective tenantsAssist with applications, leasing administration and tenant commencementMaintain strong communication with prospective and existing tenantsCoordinate property listings, campaigns, photography, signage and marketing collateralDeliver social media, website and digital marketing activitiesMonitor market activity and campaign results, contributing ideas to improve enquiry and presentationCoordinate day-to-day tenant and property requirementsCoordinate tenant vacates, inspections and follow-up of make-good worksAbout youWell‐presented, professional and confidentDriven,
