Clark Rubber Hervey Bay is looking for an experienced and motivated Pool Technician to join our team and help grow our mobile pool servicing and maintenance business across Hervey Bay, Maryborough and the surrounding Fraser Coast region.We are looking for someone who knows pools, understands customers and takes pride in doing a excellent job helping Clark Rubber to become the No.1 name in Pools in Fraser Coast.THE ROLEAs our Pool Technician, you will be responsible for providing professional pool maintenance and servicing to residential and commercial customers.Your responsibilities will include:Regular pool servicing and maintenanceWater testing and chemical balancingPool cleaning and equipment checksDiagnosing and troubleshooting pool equipmentInstallation and servicing of pumps, filters, chlorinators and robotic cleanersIdentifying equipment faults and recommending solutionsProviding professional advice to customersMaintaining accurate service recordsBuilding strong ongoing relationships with customersPromoting additional products and services where appropriateKeeping your service vehicle, equipment and work areas clean and organisedWork in store when or as requiredABOUT YOUWe are looking for someone who:Has proven experience as a Pool TechnicianHas strong knowledge of pool equipment, chemicals and water chemistryCan diagnose and solve pool problems confidentlyHas excellent attention to detailIs reliable,



punctual and well presentedHas a strong work ethic and takes pride in their workIs confident dealing directly with customersCan work independently and manage their own daily scheduleHas good communication and problem-solving skillsHolds a current Australian driver's licenceIs physically fit and comfortable working outdoorsExperience with pool equipment repairs, robotic pool cleaners, pumps, filters and chlorination systems will be highly regarded along with retail sales experience.WHY JOIN US?
