The General Hire Division requires an experienced and proven Accounts Payable Officer to join a highly motivated and experienced finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will process creditor invoices, reconcile statements, manage payment runs, and contribute to improvements in policy, procedures and processes.

About you




Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a high volume accounts payable environmentExtensive knowledge of accounts payable processesGood communication skills – both written and verbalEnthusiastic and positive can-do attitudeReliable and punctual attendanceAccuracy and proficiency in high volume data entryExperience using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft ExcelAbility to work unsupervisedExperience using BasePlan would be highly advantageousGeneral accounting knowledge and invoice coding experience will be highly advantageous
