Due to the continued growth of their expanding portfolio across Newcastle, the Central Coast and Hunter Valley, they are seeking an experienced and passionate Property Manager to join their established team.What You Will Be DoingManaging your own portfolio of residential propertiesBuilding and maintaining robust relationships with landlords and tenantsConducting routine inspections and managing maintenance requestsCoordinating repairs and liaising with trades and contractorsEnsuring properties are managed in accordance with relevant legislationProviding exceptional customer service to landlords and tenantsMaintaining accurate records and completing administration requirementsWhat You Will NeedMinimum 2 years' Property Management experienceCurrent Driver's LicenceHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsPositive and passionate attitude towards the Real Estate industryWillingness to continue learning and developing your skillsAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a team environmentWhat's In It For You?
