As we continue to grow in the FMCG industry, we are looking for skilled and motivated Production & Process Operators to join our team and play a pivitol role in ensuring our production lines run efficiently, safely, and at the highest product quality standards.About the RoleThe Production & Process Operator is a role within our operations team, responsible for the operation of our production and packaging lines.This is a hands on role in a fast paced FMCG setting that requires technical know-how, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Support and TroubleshootingOperate filling and packing machinery safely and efficientlyPerform machine setup, adjustments and changeoversTroubleshoot and resolve production line issuesEscalate recurring or complex faults to the Line LeaderQuality Monitoring and DocumentationFollow GMP and company quality systems during all production runsComplete accurate production records including output,



downtime and changeoversSupport quality investigations with observations and dataCollaboration and Continuous ImprovementWork closely with Production, QA and Engineering teamsIdentify and suggest process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce wasteCompliance and SafetyFollow all GMP, food safety and workplace safety protocolsConduct safety checks and report hazards or incidents immediatelyParticipate in training and actively contribute to a safe workplace cultureAbout YouProven experience in FMCG food manufacturing (essential)Experience with machine setup, troubleshooting and changeoversStrong understanding of GMP, food safety and quality systemsGood physical stamina (able to lift up to 15kg and stand for extended periods)Strong communication skills and a team-first attitudeForklift licence (preferred)Reliable, positive and committed to rostered shiftsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Production Output – Units produced per shift/hour.Quality Yield – Percentage of units meeting standards.Line Uptime – Time production line operates without stoppages.Compliance with all safety and GMP standardsWhy Join Mayver's?
