As we continue to expand, we are seeking organised and customer-focused Delivery Coordinators to join our team based at our Clayton warehouse centre.Role OverviewBased at our Clayton warehouse, this role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end vehicle delivery process across multiple dealership locations.You will work closely with sales teams, finance, registration, stock control and warehouse operations to ensure vehicles, documentation and customer appointments are managed efficiently.
This is an ideal prospect for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, communicating with stakeholders and delivering a seamless customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate vehicle delivery appointments with customersContact customers to confirm delivery dates, documentation requirements and collection arrangementsLiaise with sales consultants, finance teams and operational staff to ensure vehicles are ready for deliveryFollow up outstanding documentation,
