If you thrive in a quick-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and love finding solutions to complex staffing challenges, we'd love to hear from you.About The RoleAs a Scheduling Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients have access to quality healthcare professionals when they need them most.You Will Be Responsible ForManaging and coordinating nursing shift bookingsMatching suitably qualified nurses to client requirementsBuilding strong relationships with healthcare clients and nursing staffResponding to urgent staffing requests and last-minute changesManaging workforce availability and shift allocationsMaintaining accurate records and system updatesWorking towards fill rate and service delivery targetsIdentifying opportunities to grow existing client relationshipsNo two days are the same in this dynamic role, and you'll be at the centre of delivering exceptional service to both our clients and healthcare workforce.What We're Looking ForHas experience in workforce planning, scheduling, rostering or recruitmentThrives in a fast-paced and high-volume environmentCan confidently manage multiple priorities and deadlinesHas excellent communication and relationship-building skillsIs highly organised with strong attention to detailEnjoys problem-solving and thinking on their feetIs confident using technology and database systemsIs motivated by achieving targets and creating positive outcomesHealthcare, recruitment or agency experience is highly desirable but not essential.Why Lumia Care?
