mobiles and tablets using Microsoft IntuneManaging device enrolment and compliance through Intune/MDMDelivering face-to-face support to end usersDiagnosing and resolving hardware and software issuesKeeping tickets and asset records accurate and up to dateSupporting meeting room tech, printers and general workplace ITProviding a high standard of customer service throughoutWhat we're looking forBackground in IT Support, Desktop Support, Deskside/EUC Support or Service DeskPractical experience with Microsoft Intune (enrolment, config profiles, compliance policies)Solid troubleshooting ability paired with strong customer serviceAbility to thrive in a busy, onsite, fast-moving environmentConfidence supporting Windows devicesA current driver's licence and willingness to travel around Victoria
