– Werribee South VICWe're looking for a floor-driven, energetic and an overall bloody good human to join the team here at **** Waterfront.We're a busy, thriving waterfront restaurant with a young, diverse team, so we're after someone who can lead from the front, keep the floor moving and have a laugh while doing it.
You'll be one of the key people running the show on the floor, making sure service is smooth, the team is supported and our guests have a memorable time.You'll be responsible for:Leading the floor during busy servicesKeeping service moving and jumping in wherever neededSupporting, motivating and managing a young teamRunning pre-service briefings and keeping everyone switched onHandling guest questions, feedback and the occasional curveballKeeping standards high across service,
