and locationsTrack and document hours worked by crews and subcontractorsObtain sign-off on completed works (internal and external where required)Complete daily QA records, photos, and supporting documentationEnsure all QA and site documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on timeIdentify and report non-conforming works or discrepanciesLiaise with supervisors, foremen, and management regarding documentation and compliancetrack each job and communicate with Foreman required quantitiesMonitor trucks delivering and exit siteWhat We're Looking ForExperience in asphalt construction (site exposure essential)Solid attention to detail and accuracyComfortable documenting works in real time on siteAbility to confidently verify works and request corrections where requiredGood written communication and basic admin skillsAbility to work independently and consistentlyEssential RequirementsWhite CardCurrent C Class Driver's LicenceAbility to use mobile devices / tablets for photos and reportingFluent English (written and verbal)legible handwritinggood communication skillgood mathematics skills
