HYPAR Residential Care is seeking experienced Youth Workers to join our teams across Moreton Bay and Ipswich.
You will support young people in residential care, building trust and boundaries, while applying trauma-informed practices to create a protected, therapeutic home environment.
You'll work in small teams, document progress, and liaise with families and care teams.
A Certificate IV or higher in relevant fields is preferred, with a commitment to 24/7 rosters and ongoing training to advance in
