Silverhall Property Management is looking for a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with Property Management or Real Estate experience who is looking to build their career in a supportive and qualified environment.
You'll manage a residential property portfolio, build strong relationships with tenants, and provide outstanding customer service while working alongside an experienced leadership team.Key Responsibilities:Manage a residential property portfolioConduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspectionsBuild and maintain strong tenant relationshipsAssist with leasing and open homesEnsure compliance with NSW tenancy legislationDeliver exceptional customer service and communicationManage maintenance requests and general tenant enquiriesAbout You:Is highly organised and able to manage competing prioritiesHas strong communication and customer service skillsWorks well independently and within a teamHas the ability to work autonomously and manage their own workloadTakes initiative and enjoys problem-solvingHas excellent attention to detailIs professional,
