About the Role n

Gradi Crown is looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our fast-paced Italian restaurant team. Working alongside our chefs and kitchen team, you will assist in preparing and delivering high-quality Italian dishes while maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a busy service setting, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Prepare and cook menu items to Gradi standards and recipes.
n
Assist with food preparation and daily mise en place.
n
Ensure food is presented consistently and to a high standard.
n
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service.
n
Follow food safety, hygiene, and Crown compliance requirements.
n
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and storage.
n
Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services.
n




Support the kitchen team in achieving smooth daily operations.
n
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as required.
n

Skills & Experience nn
Previous experience as a Cook in a busy restaurant environment is essential.
n
Experience preparing Italian cuisine is highly regarded.
n
Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced kitchen.
n
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
n
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
n
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
