Job Description
Recent Home Care Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our growing aged care team in Sydney.
You will support a portfolio of clients, coordinating services with families and service providers to ensure safe, dignified home care.
Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded, and experience in Support at Home or Home Care Packages is beneficial.
This is a hands-on role with teamwork across multidisciplinary services.
