About the Role
As ourOffice Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and team members, helping ensure the day-to-day operations of our office run smoothly.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and supporting different areas of the business.
Alongside managing reception and office administration, you'll work closely with our Executive, Brand & Communications and broader teams.
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients, visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls and general enquiries
Ensure reception, kitchens, meeting rooms and shared office areas are tidy, organised and well presented
Coordinate meeting room bookings, set-up and basic IT equipment requirements
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and couriers
Monitor the general Admin inbox and respond to enquiries professionally
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Executive Assistant, Senior Executives and other departments as required
Manage office supplies, stationery, kitchen supplies, printer consumables and regular stocktakes
Coordinate day-to-day IT-related requests with our ICT provider in collaboration with the Brand & Communications Team
Liaise with cleaners and the Building Manager to ensure the office is maintained to a high standard
Assist with uniform stocktakes, ordering and organisation in collaboration with the Brand & Communications Team
Coordinate the office component of new starter onboarding, including desk allocation, IT equipment, office orientation and asset handover
Welcome new employees and introduce them to the office and amenities
Assist with catering, internal meetings and company events as required
Coordinate domestic travel and accommodation requirements for the business as directed by the Owner's Executive Assistant
About You
You'll be someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and organised workplace and enjoys being the person others can rely on.
Ideally, you will have:
2-3 years' experience in reception, office administration or a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Skilled presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
Excellent customer service and telephone skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
A proactive, enthusiastic and team-focused approach
The confidence to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
