Our team operates with structured processes, digital reporting systems, and a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our Sydney team.Position SummaryThe Pest Control Technician is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and compliant pest control services across a range of client sites.This is a hands-on role suited to a technician who takes pride in their work, values customer service, and can work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesService DeliveryConduct pest inspections and treatments including:General pest managementTermite inspections and treatments (where licensed)Timber pest inspections (where qualified)Apply treatments in accordance with industry standards and company proceduresProvide clients with advice on pest prevention and long-term control strategiesEnsure all works are completed safely, efficiently,



and to a high standardCustomer ServiceBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients onsiteCommunicate clearly and professionally with customersRespond to client enquiries and provide practical solutionsRepresent Allied Pest Management in a professional manner at all timesCompliance & SafetyEnsure all activities comply with:Pest management licensing requirementsWHS legislationEnvironmental guidelinesFollow all company safety procedures, including correct use of chemicals and PPEIdentify and report hazards, risks, and incidentsReporting & AdministrationComplete service reports, inspection reports, and treatment records accuratelyMaintain up-to-date job notes and documentationUse company systems and mobile devices for reporting and job managementEnsure all compliance documentation is completed and submitted on timeSkills, Experience & AttributesExperience & Qualifications:Current Pest Management Technician License (NSW) or willingness to obtainExperience in pest control services (preferred but not essential for trainees)Current Australian Driver's LicenseWorking With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Key Attributes:Strong attention to detailGood problem-solving skillsReliable, punctual, and well-presentedStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPositive attitude and willingness to learnWhy Join Allied Integrated Management?
