You will provide clinical and operational leadership, drive quality and governance, and collaborate with regional and support teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.
You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, manage performance data including AN-ACC, and foster a culture of accountability, empathy and continuous improvement in a complex residential setting.
