Purple Patch Consulting is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to assist NDIS participants living independently in their own homes on the Gold Coast.
Most supports are low intensity but highly impactful, including domestic assistance, meal prep, transport, personal care, daily living skills, and social support.
You'll work on a 24/7 roster with consistent hours; we value reliability, dignity, and genuine connection, and provide onboarding, training and ongoing support.
