About the Role
You'll be the person on the ground making it happen — coordinating trades, enforcing safety and quality standards and keeping the program on track.
With a supportive Project Manager backing you and genuinely interesting heritage and commercial projects to work on, this is hands-on leadership with real variety.
What You'll Be Doing
Running daily site operations safely, on program and to specification
Leading and coordinating subcontractors, leading hands, carpenters and labourers
Owning site safety — pre-starts, inductions, OHS, SWMS and inspections




Driving quality assurance and defect-free handovers
Mentoring and developing your site team
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years' experience in commercial construction site management or a foreman role
A trade or carpentry background is highly regarded
Strong knowledge of OHS, QA and environmental requirements on site
Comfortable with Procore or similar, plus Microsoft Office
Diploma of Building and Construction (or equivalent) an advantage
Current Construction Induction (White Card)
Victorian driver's licence required, and ongoing access to an appropriate vehicle
