Job Description
Downer in Kapooka is seeking an Estate Works Coordinator to join our permanent workforce.
You will coordinate estate maintenance, plan scopes of work, and manage site investigations, quotes and close-out with contractors to deliver secure, quality outcomes for our Defence clients.
The role requires experience in minor works or facilities management, strong planning and stakeholder communication, familiarity with WHS and environmental controls, and eligibility to obtain an AGSVA Security Clearance;
