We're a family-owned, nationally recognised training organisation with a big focus on doing things the right way, for our apprentices, trainees, employers and our people.We're growing across NSW and are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Field Officer to join our team across the Newcastle, Hunter (& surrounding) region.This isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk waiting for things to happen.You'll be out there making them happen.The Role:As a Field Officer, you'll be a key part of Major's growth across the region, building genuine relationships with employers, schools, industry and the local community.You'll be out on the road, meeting people, uncovering opportunities and helping connect businesses with the right training solutions across our priority trades:ElectricalConstructionAutomotiveCivilYour days will look different, but you'll be busy making an impact.
You'll be:Building genuine relationships with employers and industryCreating new apprenticeship and traineeship opportunitiesGetting Major Training out into the community and growing our local presenceSupporting apprentices, trainees and employers throughout their training journeyConnecting with schools,



industry groups and key stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities and turning conversations into outcomesManaging your own patch, pipeline and prioritiesRepresenting Major and showing people what makes us differentWe're big on partnerships, not just transactions !

Not just another RTO.This is a hybrid role.You'll have the freedom to manage your own day, balancing time on the road, working from remotely and connecting with the team at our recent Beresfield facility.What You'll Bring:We're not necessarily looking for someone who has followed the traditional path.Maybe you've worked in business development, recruitment, training, education or the trades.Maybe you've got a completely different background but know how to build relationships, have a crack and get results.What matters most is that you:Love people and genuinely enjoy building relationshipsAre confident walking into a business, starting a conversation and opening a doorAre proactive, driven and comfortable creating your own opportunitiesCan manage your own time,
