Join our expanding operation as an experienced Front End Loader / Excavator Operator.
This permanent, full-time role is ideal for a reliable, safety-focused operator who takes pride in their work and is looking for stable, long-term employment with a growing business.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Operating front end loaders and/or excavators safely and efficiently
Loading, moving and stockpiling materials across the site
Completing daily pre-start checks and basic equipment inspections
Monitoring equipment performance and reporting maintenance requirements
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
Following site procedures and all workplace health and safety requirements
Supporting general site operations as required
Working independently and as part of the wider team
Desirable licences/ skills would be advantageous:
o Forklift licence
o Bobcat
o HC Truck
About you
Demonstrated Front End Loader experience and/or Excavator experience
A strong commitment to workplace safety and responsible equipment operation
Ability to complete pre-start checks and identify basic maintenance concerns
A reliable, practical and hands-on approach
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and contribute to the wider team
A professional attitude and strong attention to detail
Current driver's licence
Highly regarded: Forklift licence, Bobcat/Skid Steer experience or HC Truck Licence
