Small Bar Crows Nest is seeking an experienced Chef / Cook to join the team full time and lead day-to-day kitchen operations. The role offers hands-on responsibility, a cooperative kitchen, and the chance to contribute to menus and weekly specials.

The successful candidate will have formal culinary qualifications and/or 2–3+ years in a busy kitchen, experience with tapas or small plates, and a solid focus on food safety, quality, and cost control.
