Deacon Recruitment is seeking a driven New Home Sales qualified for a high-earning, quota-driven role on the Gold Coast. You’ll work with robust leads from multiple locations, greet visitors, and guide prospects through quotes, contracts and plan customization to close sales.

With full training provided and a transparent path to 150k–200k+ in the following years, top performers can exceed 300k. Weekend rosters are required in a supportive, team-oriented culture.
