Are you an experienced Logistics skilled with a firm background in integrated logistics support within the Defence industry? We currently have a need for a Logistics specialist with a firm understanding of MILIS and ERP systems based in Canberra.

The successful candidate will have proven experience conducting Materiel Codification Catalogue activities.

Key Responsibilities

n

Conduct asset stocktaking
n
Management of temporary issue stores including use, storage, condition and return compliance
n
Conduct codification and cataloguing
n
Submitting request for Nato Stock Numbers (NSN) to the national codification bureau using MC CAT
n
keep manufacturer/supplier NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE)



codes accurate within ERP records
n
Raise movement requisition orders for freight
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
Proven experience with MILIS
n
Robust understanding of cataloguing and codification
n
Previous experience working withing a Defence Logistics workplace
n
High attention to detail
n
Understanding of NSN
n
Experience with DEF-AUST 1000C desirable
n

n

Due to the nature of this role candidate will require to hold Australian citizenship and hold a current AGSVA clearance ideally NV1.
