Join us as a Bartender at CIAO.Located at the New Farm end of the precinct, Ciao Papi is the perfect spot to sit and take in the river views whilst relaxing over a delicious Italian meal with friends, colleagues, neighbours and family.As a Bartender at CIAO, you'll be at the heart of the action, creating great drinks, connecting with guests, and bringing energy to every service.
You'll work closely with our Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager and wider team to deliver an exceptional bar experience while keeping the drinks flowing and the good times going.Key responsibilities include:Provide friendly, engaging and knowledgeable service to guests at the barPrepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages to a high standardDemonstrate strong knowledge of our drinks menu and confidently make recommendations to guestsMaintain consistency, speed and attention to detail throughout busy service periodsKeep the bar clean, organised and well-stocked at all timesWork efficiently as part of the wider team to ensure a smooth and seamless serviceFollow responsible service of alcohol (RSA), health and safety, and venue standardsWhat we are looking for:Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or premium hospitality venueStrong knowledge of cocktails, spirits,



wine and beverage serviceExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work under pressure while maintaining speed, quality and attention to detailA positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for hospitalitySomeone who loves creating great experiences and connecting with guestsAvailability to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysWhy you'll love working for us?
