About the RoleAs our new Admin Officer, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations—supporting the team with customer communication, job scheduling, invoicing, and general office tasks.
You'll work closely with our Managers, Supervisors, tradespeople,



and fellow admin staff to ensure jobs are completed efficiently from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and a customer-first attitudeCreate and track jobs using job management systems (simPRO and CRM)Scheduling of jobsIssue purchase orders and prepare sales invoicesFollow up on documentation and certifications to ensure complianceKeep customers informed and satisfied throughout the job lifecycleSupport workplace health and safety compliance for employees and contractorsContribute ideas to improve our service processes and team performanceWhat We're Looking ForPrior experience in an admin or office support role is highly regardedStrong communication skills – phone and emailConfident working independently and juggling multiple tasksHigh attention to detail and excellent time managementKnowledge of simPRO is a bonus, but not essentialA positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and growExperience in the trade, electrical, or service industry is a plusWhy Join Us?
