We're looking for compassionate Community Support Workers who live locally and want to make a real difference close to home.We provide client services across areas within the Western Shore, Southern Midlands, Eastern Shore and surrounding suburbs so you'll enjoy short travel times and the satisfaction of supporting your own community.You'll only need to drop in to replenish supplies or attend face-to-face training sessions at the Moonah or Sorell office, giving you the flexibility to focus on what matters most: your clients.Job DescriptionAbout the position:The District Nurses (TDN) is a long-standing Tasmanian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping people live and age well in their own homes for as long as possible.As a Community Support Worker, you will support our clients by:Providing support with personal care tasks such as bathing, showering, washing, dressing and groomingOffering companionship and social engagement to reduce isolation and build positive connectionsComplete accompanied grocery shopping and other appropriate errands as neededPerform general household tasks including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and moppingSupport clients with washing, drying, ironing,
