We're looking for a hands-on Customer Service & Product Specialist to join our small, high-performing team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing product advice, processing orders, handling enquiries, and supporting day-to-day operations across the business.As a key member of our team, you will:Respond to customer enquiries via phone and emailProvide product recommendations and technical guidanceProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyBuild strong relationships with customers and suppliersAssist with warranty enquiries and claimsSupport inventory and stock management activitiesHelp with warehouse operations and goods movement when requiredCollaborate with the wider team to deliver outstanding customer serviceThis is a genuine all-hands-on-deck environment where everyone contributes to the success of the business.About YouYou don't need to be a mechanic, but you will have:Previous customer service experience, preferably within automotive, transport, industrial, or parts-related industriesA genuine interest in vehicles, mechanical products,



or automotive performanceStrong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phoneExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsThe ability to learn technical product information quicklyA positive, team-first attitudeSound computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeHighly RegardedAutomotive parts interpreting experienceSuspension, truck, heavy vehicle, or aftermarket product knowledgeWarehouse or inventory experienceExperience with warranty administrationWhy Join Us?
