From supporting community access to fostering meaningful connections, your work will make a lasting impact on people's physical and mental wellbeing.Every day is an prospect to make a difference.The location for the role is North Bondi and comprises short morning and afternoon shifts across the entire week.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking experienced, passionate support workers who are:Able to work shifts and provide support services in North BondiCompassionate and caring, with a genuine commitment to person-centered careFlexible and adaptable,



able to think on their feetSkilled in one-on-one support in the home and community settingsConfident in supporting individuals with complex needs and behavioursExperienced with a minimum of 3+ years in disability support workCapacity to provide services and attend shifts in North BondiAvailable to work short morning and evening shifts which are 3 hours or lessNDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check that is valid at the time of applicationCertificate III or IV in Disability or Individual SupportUnrestricted NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicleAvailability for at least 3 days per week, with potential for more hoursCommitment to continuity and consistency with one employerValid Australian work visa or appropriate work authorisationWhy Join Pennine?
