As a growing food technology company, we're looking for motivated and reliable people to join our production team and help us deliver great food at scale.About the RoleWe are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Kettle Operators to join our high-performing production team across our Early Morning and Mid/Afternoon shifts.This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where you'll operate large-scale industrial cooking equipment and work as part of a team producing 24+ tonnes of food per day.
You'll play an important role in ensuring every batch meets our strict quality, food safety and production standards.Shift AvailabilityEarly Morning: Must be available between 3:30 am – 1:30 pmMid/Afternoon: Must be available between 11:00 am – 9:00 pmShifts operate across 7 days a weekMinimum 3 days' availability per weekShifts are generally 10 hoursRotating rostered days,



with fixed shift times once assignedKey ResponsibilitiesOperate large-scale industrial kettles safely and efficientlyFollow recipes and production instructions using digital manufacturing systems (MFG/iPads)Accurately weigh and add ingredients according to strict recipe requirementsComplete the required two-step decanting process and visually inspect ingredients for foreign objectsMonitor packaging integrity and prevent contamination risksFollow GMP, HACCP and Food Safety standards at all timesMaintain a clean, organised and hazard‐free production areaSafely perform repetitive manual handling, including lifting up to 20kgWork collaboratively with operators, material handlers and QA to meet production targetsReport food safety, quality, safety or process concerns to your Team Leader or SupervisorFollow all workplace safety and site traffic management proceduresStand for extended periods and work effectively in a fast‐paced production environmentMaintain high personal hygiene standards and wear all required PPEWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for people who are:Experienced in food manufacturing, production or industrial cooking environmentsHighly safety-conscious and detail-orientedComfortable working with machinery and digital systemsPhysically capable of repetitive manual handling and standing for extended periodsReliable, team‐focused and able to work in a fast‐paced environmentCommitted to food safety and maintaining high production standardsIf you're looking for an opportunity to build your skills in a large-scale food manufacturing workplace and be part of a high‐performing team, we'd love to hear from you!
