This role is a maternity leave cover for a 12 month period.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help coach and develop team members, manage daily store operations and contribute to the overall success of the store.You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy leading from the front, building strong customer relationships and creating a positive team culture.The key focus areas of the role include:Supporting the day-to-day operation of the storeDelivering outstanding customer service and customer outcomesLeading, coaching and developing team membersDriving sales performance and achieving store KPIsSupporting recruitment, onboarding and training activitiesManaging inventory levels and stock accuracyMaintaining high standards of merchandising and store presentationResolving customer concerns and acting as an escalation point when requiredSupporting store administration,
