We provide facilitation work in hospitals and aged care facilities throughout Sydney for multiple Education Providers.Clinical Facilitators must be able to understand and also be able to communicate with the students on their level of coherence so that you as the ClinicalFacilitator will be able to help them in the progression of their career.The role will be on a casual contract basis.Required Skills and ExperienceRegistered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration and having minimum 5+ years of recent clinical experience in Australia.Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in nursing is requiredCERT IV Training and AssessmentCompleted Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles Online CourseValid working rights within AustraliaCurrent or recent clinical experience in a hospital or aged care settingBe able to Communicate with students in the process of placementBe passionate about educating and developing skilled skills in studentsHave commitment for whole period of placementcurrent industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being providedAll training is providedWork life balance – work WHEREand WHEN you want!
