Veterinary Specialists of Sydney (VSOS) is looking for friendly, organised and proactive Veterinary Receptionists to join our weekend team.As the first point of contact for our clients, you will help create a calm, welcoming and professional environment during what can often be a stressful or emotional time.
You'll work closely with our reception, emergency and specialist teams to ensure every client and patient feels supported from the moment they arrive.These positions are specifically for candidates available to work regular Saturday and Sunday shifts.

including Saturdays and SundaysStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailThe ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environmentA proactive and client-focused approachConfidence communicating with clients during stressful or emotional situationsA collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider teamPrevious veterinary, medical or healthcare reception experience is highly regarded.
