We are a family business that pride ourselves on providing personalised service to our customers.This position would be suitable for a Full time applicant, working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
The position warrants a self-motivated, detail orientated person with an excellent work ethic and the ability to prioritise and multi- task.Onsite parking is available.This role involves, but is not limited to:Assisting the Inventory ManagerPlacing orders with suppliers, check pricingLiaising with suppliers and agents on emailAssisting with price increase files and contract pricingData Entry tasks when requiredCustomer Service support when neededProcessing of customer orders,



credits and inquiresOrganising Sydney internal truck run with warehouse supervisor and driver/sLiaise with Warehouse teamsSales team supportStock transfers when requiredQuoting and booking freight when requiredGeneral office tasks when requiredTo be considered for this role, applicants need to be able to meet the following selection criteria:Ability to work independently and as part of a teamCommunication with inventory / sales / management teamStrong attention to detailProficient computer skills; including experience and confidence with ExcelAbility to follow company processes/protocols and initiative in streamlining processes and identifying areas for refinementWilling to work cohesively with all staff and customersEffective time management skills/ability to work within time constraintsAbility to adapt and manage multiple requestsHigh level of verbal and written communication skills/organisational skills
