Immediate start available for the right candidate.The RoleYou will be working within a quick-paced, multidisciplinary clinic alongside physiotherapists, podiatrists, exercise physiologists and massage therapists.This is a key role where organisation, communication and decision making matter.
You will take ownership of the front desk and ensure the clinic runs efficiently day to day.Key ResponsibilitiesRunning a high volume reception desk efficientlyManaging bookings, rescheduling and cancellationsMaximising clinician diaries and reducing gapsMaintaining smooth patient flow and a high standard of serviceHandling private health, Medicare, DVA and WorkCover processesCommunicating confidently with patients, clinicians and referrersMaintaining accuracy across billing,
