SD Parts, part of Sime Motors Australia, is seeking a customer‐focused Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, service excellence, and supporting both retail and workshop customers in a fast‐paced automotive environment.The RoleAs a Parts Advisor, you'll be responsible for interpreting and processing parts orders accurately, managing inventory and administration tasks, and delivering a consistently high level of customer service.
You'll play a key role in supporting department performance and contributing to gross profit and customer satisfaction targets.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess parts orders, accessory requests, and trade quotations accurately and on timeEnsure prompt service to retail, trade, and workshop customersMaintain accurate records, back‐order management, and internal tracking filesLiaise closely with technicians, service advisors, and warehouse staffMaintain a clean, organised,
