The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, maturity and demonstrate an ability to be flexible while completing adhoc administrative duties.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:To provide outstanding levels of administrative support to the Group Transport Manager and SupervisorsHave high level of accuracy and attention to detail with data entry tasksAssist with transport documentation and manifest reportsKnowledge of CoR processes advantageousDemonstrate high level of organisation skills and managing priorities calmlyHave a high level understanding of clerical dutiesPrevious experience in Transport and Logistics an advantage but not essentialTo present oneself in a positive and professional manner at all times.To aim to build strong and positive business relationships with customers and end users.Can create promotion signage for fund raising and special events each monthRespond to client calls and email in a professional and efficient mannerTo co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.Qualifications and Skills:A certificate in Business Administration or at least 2 years admin experience requiredHigh level of knowledge with all MS Office programs including Work and ExcelBe creative and able to create marketing signageHighly organisedSelf starter and possess initiativeMust be versatile with duties and open to supporting multiple colleaguesResilientHigh level of maturity, professionalism and focusOnly shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
