We're looking for an experienced and autonomous Dietitian to join our growing team, delivering mobile services to adults in their homes and local communities.You'll work with clients with a range of complex and chronic health conditions, providing individualised nutrition assessment, intervention and ongoing support.
You'll have the prospect to build meaningful relationships with clients, their families and support networks while working collaboratively with other allied health professionals.This role is suited to a Dietitian who enjoys working independently, values clinical autonomy and is passionate about delivering practical, person-centred care.What We're Looking ForA qualified and AHPRA-registered DietitianMinimum of 2 years' clinical experience,
