Pilloni is a Sardinian inspired restaurant in West End, recognised among Australia's Top 100 restaurants.We are currently looking for an experienced Section Waiter or Waitress to join our front of house team.This role is suited to someone who is confident running their own section, understands professional restaurant service, and enjoys creating a genuine connection with guests.About the roleYou will be responsible for managing your own section from start to finish, including:Welcoming and looking after guests throughout their experienceTaking food and beverage orders confidently and accuratelyManaging multiple tables during busy servicesExplaining dishes, ingredients and menu conceptsRecommending and upselling wine, cocktails and additional courses naturallyMaintaining excellent communication with the kitchen and floor teamResetting and preparing your section efficientlyHandling guest requests and dietary requirements professionallyDelivering consistently polished,
