Job Description

Taking Shape in Moorabbin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to deliver personalised customer experiences and expert product knowledge. You will help run store operations, lead a team, and uphold visual merchandising standards across the floor.

This role requires managing a Sunday to Thursday roster, 40 hours per week, with a focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction and brand ambassadorial behavior consistent with Taking Shape values.
