Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Production Operator, you will be involved in the day-to-day production of precast concrete products.
You will work as part of the production team to ensure products are made safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Operating production equipment, hand tools and power toolsAssisting with mould assembly and strippingFacing and finishing concrete productsLubricating and maintaining mouldsCarrying out basic quality checks and reporting any issuesMaintaining clean and tidy work areas and equipmentFollowing protected manual handling practicesAssisting with production targets and maintaining plant efficiencyReporting safety, quality, environmental and production issuesAssisting with minor repairs where trained and competentWorking with Leading Hands and the Production Manager as requiredFollowing company WHS,
