Our Electronics Team specialises in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and other security technologies.Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our Electronics Team.As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Electronics Service Department, ensuring the effective management of service documentation, work orders, customer communications, invoicing, reporting, and system records.What You Will Be DoingManage customer portals and service-related documentationPrepare service reports, customer documentation, and administrative correspondence as requiredProcess technician service reports and supporting recordsReview completed service jobs and ensure all supporting documentation is received and recordedMonitor open work orders and assist with administrative follow-up to facilitate timely closureAssist with service-related billing queries and invoice reconciliationsEnsure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and document control processesComply with WHS requirements, emergency procedures, and company policiesWhat You Will BringExcellent time management and organisation - you thrive when things are busyExperience in industries such as electrical, data communication and air conditioning, HVAC, electronic repairs and maintenance of major tech-brandsProfessional communication skills,
