As a Workforce Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with both clients and staff members to achieve effective workforce outcomes.
Focusing on both the day of operations and future allocations, you will be able to think on your feet to ensure optimal staffing coverage for our clients.
A key part of your role will involve recruiting and onboarding temporary staff to meet fluctuating client demands.Role ResponsibilitiesWork with Brisbane Team and other National key staff to ensure seamless operational activityForward planning and allocation of personnelManagement of high-volume incoming callsProactively identify solutions to meet workforce objectivesPrepare workforce reports including shift confirmations and coverage requirementsEnd to end recruitment and conducting various skills testingExperience and CompetenciesHighly developed administration skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential for this positionPrevious hospitality and/or customer service experienceDemonstrable problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong time management and organisational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a teamPlease note: If you have not heard from us within seven (7) working days of submitting your resume, your application will be kept on file, and we will contact you if a suitable position becomes available.This role requires availability to work a rotating roster across 6 daysThe rotating roster includes weekends as required
