The company:YellowBridge is one of Toowoomba's leading not for profit companies, delivering a suite of home and community care services, youth services, community housing services and disability support servicesOur Vision is connecting lives and finding bright possibilities and Our Mission is working together to help lives shine.The team:In our Disability Team, YellowBridge QLD provides support to a wide range of people in the Toowoomba area, and we are looking for people who have something to bring to our team as Support Worker within our Disability program.The role and you:In this position you will be required to deliver a high standard of support to people with a disability in all areas of their lives and support some complex needs.
This means supporting people at home and in the community to help them with their daily needs and achieve their short and long term goals.You must be able to work independently, show initiative and understand the unique requirements of each person's support, whether they be simple or complex.
You must be willing to adapt to new situations quickly and be available for flexible services delivery.
You will be required to adhere to high quality workplace health and safety standards,
