Lead major supermarket refit projects across Melbourne with one of Australia's growing retail support teams.TAG is expanding our Retail Division and we're looking for experienced Team Leaders who can confidently lead crews onsite, drive results, and take ownership of retail transformation projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
This is a casual position with consistent ongoing project work available, moving across different sites every few weeksWhat We OfferCompetitive pay rates (up to $50 per hour!) with weekly payConsistent ongoing casual work across multiple projectsPaid travel allowances for regional and long distance projectsOpportunity to lead your own teamWork with major Australian supermarket brandsNight Shift, Sunday – Thursday from 9:30pm – 6:00am OR Day Shift, Monday – Friday from 6:00am – 2:00pmAbout The RoleAs an Onsite Team Leader, you will lead merchandising crews during supermarket refit and store transformation projects.Projects may include:Store refits and resetsPlanogram implementationsShelf relays and merchandising, including setting up displaysFixture and shelving installationsESL installationsPOS and signage setupsGeneral retail transformation projectsYou will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining robust communication between TAG, clients,



and onsite teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate merchandising teams onsiteAllocate tasks and manage workflow to meet deadlinesMaintain WHS compliance and safe work practicesEnsure high presentation and quality standards are achievedSupport onboarding and training of new team membersAct as the key onsite contact between TAG and clientsCreate a positive, productive team environmentAbout YouYou're a reliable and motivated leader who enjoys being hands-on and leading from the front.To succeed in this role, you will have:Experience in supermarket management, merchandising leadership, or retail operationsStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent organisation and time managementAbility to motivate teams and work under pressureHigh attention to detail and problem-solving abilityValid driver's licence and reliable transportExperience in retail refits, shelving, planograms, or ESL installations highly regardedOHS White Card (or willingness to obtain)Why Join TAG?
