About the role
As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide qualified and responsive IT support to all users, ensuring a seamless IT experience across the organisation.
You will align with ITIL best practices, manage incidents, and support internal and external events.
Key responsibilities
Provide IT support for internal and external seminars, training, and hybrid meetingsTriaging and prioritising tickets in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)Escalate issues and requests to third-party vendors as requiredDevelop and maintain knowledge base articles and user guidesMaintain and manage the asset register and laptop lifecycle managementCultivate an awareness of security risks and maintain a cyber security-first approach.
Skills & experience
Proven experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within a client-centred organisationStrong capability in Windows 11,



Active Directory, Microsoft EntraID, and Microsoft Office 365 applicationsDemonstrated ability to provide remote support and basic networking troubleshooting.
