As our service team continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance across our national portfolio.About the RoleYou will play a key role in coordinating maintenance works across multiple trades, ensuring jobs are scheduled, tracked and delivered in line with client expectations and SLAs.Working from our Alexandria office, you'll be the link between clients, trades, and internal teams, managing workflows and ensuring jobs move efficiently from allocation through to completion.This role suits someone who enjoys a structured but fast-moving environment, where priorities can shift and strong coordination makes the difference.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate reactive and preventative maintenance work orders across multiple trade typesSchedule and allocate jobs to a national trade networkMonitor job progress and ensure timely completion in line with SLAsAct as the primary point of contact for clients and trades, providing premium customer serviceManage job updates,
