Our growing team is committed to delivering reliable products and exceptional service to our customers.About the roleWe are seeking a reliable , organised and customer-focused Customer Service & Dispatch Officer to join our dynamic team at our Dandenong South facility.
You will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the order process, coordinating daily dispatches and working closely with our sales, warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career with a growing Australian-owned company.Key responsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional mannerProcess orders accurately and efficiently and maintain accurate records through the Odoo ERP systemPrepare shipping documents, labels and delivery paperworkArrange freight bookings and track shipments to ensure timely deliveryLiaise with transport providers,
